Refunds/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement. Please provide your order number and name to our email (Brandy@doubletroubleshirtshop.co)

Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed!

Once your order has been processed within our 14 business day time frame, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS, or your Route package protection so they can best serve you.

Shipping Disclaimer
Due to worldwide logistical issues Your order will normally ship 14-21 business days after being placed through our website. Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Delivery times vary due to many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available.
Incorrect Addresses:
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
Return to Sender Orders:
If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our first email sent to you, your order will be automatically void.
International Customers:
Double Trouble Shirt Shop LLC is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
